Policies
Private Lessons
- Payments are non-refundable, and are due no later than the first lesson of the package.
- Time slots being reserved by new clients must be paid in full at the time of booking and are non-refundable.
- Required forms will be completed during the online booking process, and must be completed prior to the first lesson.
- Missed lessons may be rescheduled (subject to available openings) or forfeit, but packages will not be extended to account for missed lessons (extenuating circumstances will be considered).
- Once set up in the system, clients are responsible for canceling/rescheduling their own lessons. The studio will automatically receive notification of all schedule activity; additional contact is not necessary unless there are extenuating circumstances.
- No-show appointments are NOT eligible for a make up.
- Weather cancellations may be determined by the client. If a cancellation takes place, the cancellation policy described above applies.
- Any studio closures/statutory holidays will extend a package accordingly.
- We are happy to not charge late cancellation fees, however please give as much notice as possible so the time slot may be used by others. We reserve the right to change this policy on a case by case basis if need be.
- Plan in advance and be on time for lessons.
- Keep scented products to a minimum and be mindful of jewelry and zippers on the upholstered apparatus.
- No gum or hard candy while working out.

Studio Drop Ins
- Payment is due immediately upon booking. Spaces not paid for in advance will be cancelled by the studio to make room for others to book in.
- No refunds
- Online booking must be done no less than 2 hours before start time (ie 10am Friday must be booked online by 8am); messages sent to the studio to inquire about space may not be seen.
- Cancellations must be done on Acuity 24 hours in advance in order to apply payment to another booking; as soon as possible is appreciated by others looking for space.
- Studio closures (including weather cancellations) will be made by the studio no less than one hour before start time. Payments may be applied to future booking.
- Use discretion if attending with an irritable body part.
- Safety on all of the apparatus is high priority; ensure all clips and springs are properly attached when in use and load/unload springs with attention and control. Use non-slip pads if grip/foot stability is in question.
- Keep scented products to a minimum.
- No gum or hard candy during while working out.
- No jewelry/zippers on upholstered apparatus.

Group Classes
- Payment is due upon booking and is non-refundable.

- Cancellations must be made within 3 hours, and may be rebooked for a future class if desired.
- Once set up in the system, clients are responsible for canceling/rescheduling their own lessons. The studio will automatically receive notification of all schedule activity; additional contact is not necessary unless there are extenuating circumstances.
- No-shows may NOT be rebooked.
- Weather cancellations will be made by the studio an hour before start time. Payments may be applied to a future class is desired.
- Keep scented products to a minimum.
- No gum or hard candy during class.
- Please cancel/reschedule if you are sick or injured.
- Keep your personal belongings safe in your LOCKED car or in the studio; Minds in Motion Pilates/Lokamotion Complementary Health Studio will not be responsible for missing/stolen items.
- Please be respectful of Lokamotion's studio space regarding cleanliness and damage.
